The world famous Everest Base Camp trekking is popular for the diverse scenarios of eastern Himalayas around Mt. Everest and the exploration of Sherpa cultural upland. It is a trek through the Khumbu region, which is a desirous and enticing trip. The lofty peak, Mt. Everest and its surrounding panoramas draw trekkers from different parts of the world to discover the hidden valleys, mountains and natural diversities of the Sagarmatha National Park.

We fly to Lukla 2860 meter(9,382 feet) with spectacular views of the mountains to start our Everest panorama trekking Beginning from the Lukla through the trail upward to Dudh Koshi River leads the Everest base camp trekkers to the Sherpa capital, which is also known as the Khumbu region via Jorsalle. Namche Bazaar is a place of the contact zone, suitable for acclimatization and hiking around Khumjung. We hike to Tengboche monastery, the most famous in Everest region via the different route of Monla, Phortseto witness the Mt. Choyu and Pangboche village to explore the  the oldest monastery in the whole Everest region. Tengboche is rewarded with the views of Everest soaring behind Lhotse, Nuptse, Ama Dablam, Kangtega, Tawache on south east. Trekking through the northeast ridge, it brings you to Tengboche through the Juniper and rhododendron forest. The monastery is nicely protected and Mani Rimdu is the renowned festival celebrated in this place on the full moon around October and November. It is then the gradual climb through the glacial moraine and cliffs prevailed trail.

The Everest base camp is a hike from Gorakshep, which is the lap of the world’s highest peak-Everest. Hundreds of climbers stay with camping in the Everest climbing season in this place. Another spectacular hiking from Gorakshep to Kalapatthar offers the breathtaking views of Mt. Ama Dablam, Lhotse, Nuptse, Pumori. It is all the way down to Lukla and end the trip.

Itinerary

DAY 1: ARRIVE IN KATHMANDU

Met by our representative and transferred to your hotel.

Overnight in Kathmandu.

DAY 2: FLY TO LUKLA (2,840m | 9,318ft) AND TREK TO PHAKDING (2,610m|8,563ft). 5-6 hrs.

In the morning, you will be transferred to domestic terminal of Kathmandu airport and fly to Lukla – a short 30 minutes flight but quite an interesting one. Upon arrival at the airport,you will be met by your guide who will brief you on the trek. While your Sherpas sort out and load your trekking equipment, you have time to explore Lukla. You begin your trek by descending to the Dudh Koshi River. This trek is easy and takes you to Phakding.

DAY 3: TREK PHAKDING - NAMCHE (3,440m|11,287ft). 6-7 hrs.

We continue trekking along the banks of the Dudh Kosi, crossing the majestic river
many times on exciting suspension bridges laden with prayer flags. After entering the
Sagamartha National Park, the trail climbs steeply with breathtaking views. Namche
Bazaar (considered the Gateway to Everest) is home to many quality restaurants,
hotels, lodges, shops, money exchange services, internet cafes and bakeries. Namche
is the biggest town along the Everest trail.

DAY 4: ACCLIMATIZE, REST AND EXPLORE AROUND NAMCHE (3,440m|11,287ft).

We will spend a day in Namche Bazaar in order to acclimatize and adjust to the thinning
air. We will trek a short distance to a museum that is celebrated for its exhibits of the
traditional customs of the Sherpa people. We will also hike up the Syangboche Airport
and the Everest View Hotel, one of the highest-placed hotels in the world. From this
point, we can see rewarding views of the Himalayas including Mt Everest.

DAY 5: TREK NAMCHE - TENGBOCHE (3,860m|12,665ft). 5-6 hrs.

The trek continues along the rushing glacial waters of the Dudh Kosi with magnificent
views of the mountains. We’ll have trekked to an altitude of 3,860 m upon reaching
Tengboche. Inside the monastery are incredibly ornate wall hangings, a 20-foot
sculpture of Buddha, and the musical instruments and robes of the Lamas. The group
will be taken to observe a prayer ceremony either in the evening or in the morning
depending on how the trekking goes this day.

DAY 6: TREK TENGBOCHE - DINGBOCHE (4,410m|14,469ft). 5-6 hrs.

From Tengboche, the trail drops to Debuche, crosses another exciting suspension
bridge on the Imja Khola, and climbs to Pangboche amongst thousands of mani stones.
Our uphill trek continues, taking us to the quaint traditional Sherpa village of Dingboche
with its exquisite views of Lhotse, Island Peak, and Ama Dablam. We take our time, so
we avoid getting affected by the altitude.

DAY 7: TREK DINGBOCHE - LOBUCHE (4,910m|16,111ft). 5-6 hrs.

From Dingboche walk lead to a ridge marked with prayer flags and Stupas, then walking
on nice gradual uphill facing marvellous scenery to reach a small place in Thugla where
Khumbu glaciers melt into a torrential river.
A perfect place for rest and lunch stop, where afternoon walks leads to a steep climb at
Thugla hill a place with many memorials of unfortunate climbers around peaks of
Khumbu and Everest Walk continues for another few hours on nice gradual up to
Lobuche for overnight stop, a place with several nice lodges with views of Nuptse and
Lobuche peaks.

DAY 8: TREK LOBUCHE - GORAKSHEP (5,140m|16,864ft) via EVEREST BASE CAMP (5,441m|17,851ft) 6-7 hrs.

Today a great walk towards our main highlight and final destinations to reach Everest
Base Camp, as morning walk leads on the open wide valley with a slow climb to reach
above Khumbu glaciers. Our walk past moraine dunes reaching Gorakshep, a place
with few lodges on the junction of Everest base camp and Kala Patthar route.
Gorakshep used to be a base camp of Everest in the past 1950 to late 1970 before the
route was made further 4-6 k.m to reach present base camp. From Gorakshep few
hours walk over moraine and glacier to reach our ultimate destination at base camp with
sweeping views of giant peaks of Nuptse-Lo la, Nuptse with notorious huge Khumbu Ice
Falls and glaciers. In high mountaineering season, this place will be active with climbers
and crews with many camps set on top of moraine and glaciers.
After a grand time then head back to Gorakshep for the highest overnight stop of the
adventure with fantastic memories of the day walks to Everest base camp.

DAY 9: TREK GORAKSHEP - LOBUCHE (4,910m|16,111ft), via KALAPATTAR (5,550m|18,209ft) 5-6 hrs

After early morning Breakfast, we have to climb Kala Patthar at (5545m.) and enjoy a
spectacular sunrise views from Kala Patthar you can have a panoramic view of Mt.
Everest and many other mountain peaks like Mt. Pumori, , Mt. Khumbetse, Mt. Lhotse,
Mt. Nuptse, Mt. Ama Dablam and many more. Overnight stay at lodge in Lobuche..

DAY 10: TREK LOBUCHE - PHERICHE (4,240m|13,911ft) 5-6 hrs.

Today is our 10th day of the trek this is our short and easy way to descend early
morning start our trek after the breakfast always trek down to pheriche via Thukla with
spectacular view of Amadablam and other many peaks around the place. overnight stay
in pheriche bank of river.

DAY 11: TREK PHERICHE - TENGBOCHE (3,860m|12,664ft) 5-6 hrs.

We start our trek after the breakfast from Pheriche at the first we must be trek down and
cross the small bridge and descend the Pan Bouche around 2 hour with the Spectacular
view of Himalayas. We have to take small rest and have some tea, coffee at panache
after the short rest we start our trek down to the river and cross the suspension bridge
and we ascend till Tangbuche. While on the way we can explore the different Himalayas
shape of the mountain as well as Flora and Fauna. Overnight in Tengboche. Tea-

DAY 12: TREK TENGBOCHE - NAMCHE (3,440m|11,287ft) 5-6 hrs.

After early morning breakfast we trek back to Namche about 6 hours from Pheriche and
do an overnight at the Namche with full board meals (Breakfast, Lunch and dinner)

DAY 13: TREK NAMCHE - LUKLA (2,840m|9,318ft) 5-6 hrs.

This is our last day in Everest region, after crossing the suspension bridges over the
fast flowing Dudh Koshi and its tributaries, the trail becomes more level and natural. We
continue to back track our hike towards Lukla along the Dudh Koshi River which is
about 7 hours from Namche and do an overnight at Lukla. Overnight in Lukla. Tea-

DAY 14: FLY LUKLA TO KATHMANDU (1,350m|4,429ft).

Today you fly from Lukla to Kathmandu which takes about 30 minute. Transfer to Hotel.

DAY 15: FLY BACK HOME
